CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION By placing an order on this site, you consent to receive e-mail communication from Hughes Design. You agree that e-mail communication from Hughes Design satisfies legal requirements that agreements, notices and disclosures be in writing. APPLICABLE LAW By visiting the site, you agree that the laws of the state of Wisconsin will govern this Terms of Use agreement. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS Hughes Design grants you as our customer license to access this site. Viewing product and finish options to help facilitate your purchasing decision is the extent of your access. You are not permitted to download or change this site or its content. This site and its content may not be reproduced, resold or exploited for commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You may not use any hughesdesign.net logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark design without our prior written permission. Use of this site or its content that is not expressly authorized herein is prohibited and immediately terminates the license granted herein. COPYRIGHT The content within this site is the property of Hughes Design, is protected under the copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code), which governs the making of reproductions of copyrighted material. Pictorial, graphic, sculptural, and architectural works (artwork and signholders) presented on this site are the exclusive property of Hughes Design and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Site content includes but is not limited to art, graphic images, logos, verbiage, dimensional displays and hanging graphic displayers. YOUR ACCOUNT Currently accounts are offered to retail, hospitality and Visual Merchandising business-to-business customers. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Hughes Design was established in 1993 and has been producing, assembling and packing product for distribution since that time. Our product has always held up under reasonable wear conditions. We warrant that the items provided on this site will conform substantially to the product descriptions on the site when ordered. With the exception of the warranty in the immediately proceeding sentence, hughesdesign.net and all content available on this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge, by the use of hughesdesign.net, that use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site, and that Hughes Design shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS The products and finishes offered on this site have been described as accurately and completely as possible. However, color tones may vary from slightly from monitor to monitor. If you have questions regarding exact colors and finishes please e-mail us at hughesdesign@centurytel.net. We'd be happy to send swatches/samples for review. RETURN POLICY Hughes Design has always been committed to quality product and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days and receive a replacement at no charge, or a refund for the price of the product, less a 15% return/restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Hughes Design is not a warehouse distributor of finished product. We stock materials and print, produce, finish and pack orders to customer specifications. Therefore a 15% return/restocking fee on items not to be replaced is necessary. When ordering, please take a moment to review sizes, color palette and finishes to ensure the items fulfill your intended need. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY Hughes Design is committed to product arriving in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please e-mail your order number, the shipping ID, and the name of damaged item. Clarify if you would like a replacement or a refund. If possible, please take a digital shot of the damaged product and attach to the e-mail. Hughes Design will send an e-mail confirming either replacement or refund status. After receipt of our confirmation, please pack the damaged item in original packaging. We will file a claim and arrange the return via UPS. Please note: damaged product needs to arrive back at Hughes Design in order for a replacement to be shipped. RISK OF LOSS When product is picked up for delivery from Hughes Design, standard policy is that the product becomes the customer's property. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver items undamaged. MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY Hughes Design may make changes to our website, Terms and policies at any time. We recommend that you, the customer, review our policies, conditions and Terms each time you visit the site. |
