Mark Hughes Mark Hughes has worked in the display industry for the past 30 years in numerous capacities. He was division manager at Niedermaier Inc., working on screen printing and framing, purchasing, design, line and custom projects. At Hughes Design, Inc. from 1993 to 2011, Mark has been involved in all aspects of business including concept, marketing and distribution. Mark has been director of operations since Hughes Design was founded in 1993. He has dedicated his career to the Visual Merchandising and Store Planning industry. His core inspiration comes from designing and producing quality product while fulfilling the customer's needs accurately and efficiently, through to distribution and installation.
